On Your Mark!
In
1960 a group of Lansing, New York, USA, men gathered together to
discuss how they could better contribute to the community that had
given them and their families so much
Get Set!
They
investigated a number of service clubs and decided that the Lions
International came closest to their goals and fitted their needs.
Go!
In
1961 the Lansing Lions Club was born, with 44 members pledging their
support to make Lansing an even greater place in which to live! Over
the years, these members, and more than 150 additional members have
lived up to that pledge.
